Ordered online for the first time with this company for next day delivery as per their website information, due to requiring the thermostats quickly but they never arrived. 4 days later I emailed them to ask where they were, only to be told the following day they didn’t have them in stock and hadn’t been sent out. I was prepared to carry on with the order but requested the cost of the fuel to make a second 300 mile round trip trip, which I thought was a reasonable request but they preferred to cancel the order! I just hope after such poor customer service my refund has been sorted!
