Homes by Design provided us with excellent and attentive service from start to finish. Estimates for the job were provided efficiently and were very competitive with other local firms. The workmen were polite and clean and tidy. All queries were dealt with quickly and professionally. We had no complaints whatsoever.

Extremely poor customer service, I had an order of approximately £10k to place for 2 bedrooms and they didn't even have the decency to call me back with a price!! After numerous calls they had the delight in telling me, "you may as well go elsewhere", how this company has traded for 25 years is beyond me!!! I would avoid like the plague!!! When speaking with Chris he didn't even seem bothered about the work, all I can say is there must be a huge shortage of suppliers in this area for them to get work with a service as abysmal as theirs!!!!!!!
