As soon as we were introduced to Jack he was always friendly and helpful. He was always patient and happy to make any and all adjustments to our design until we were fully satisfied. Once the design had been handed over to Ryan (the kitchen fitter) and his team, again they where always on hand. Ryan would take late evening calls and texts to make sure that everything was in place. No design or build goes without some small hiccups but these where dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have been so impressed with the service we recieved from Exeter Kitchen Store from Jack. We went to all major kitchen suppliers including IKEA, Howdens and Wren for quotes and found the quality of products and service provided at Exeter Kitchen Store far exceeded the competition! It was so surprising that we could afford a real wood kitchen through them as we thought this would be outside of our budget. We also found they had really good and competitive prices for quartz and appliances compared to others. Jack was always very responsive to emails and patient when we requested numerous amendments

From start to finish the level of service was amazing. The sales team were friendly, professional and not pushy at all. Unlike the other bigger kitchen suppliers in Exeter, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. Where do I start. We just by chance found EKS and we are so glad we did. Jack was patient, understanding of what look we were going for and bearing in mind we had COVID-19 in the middle of it all continued to… keep us up to date of things. Geoff was equally great especially giving us the news that our fridge freezer was out of stock but it arrived earlier than Geoff said and was a pleasant surprise when it arrived a week early. We met with Jack and he helped us to pick and design our kitchen, we never felt rushed and he gave us all the time we needed. Bought our kitchen here and I would highly recommend! After bad experiences with other suppliers I was so pleased to find a company that happily took the time on my design to make sure it was absolutely perfect for me.
