We have dresses for every kind of wedding and for every budget from Informal to Fairy tale. Alternatively you can buy any dress from one of our 'Off the Peg' collections and take it home the same day!

Designer Madeline Gardner leads the way in the industry with styles from traditional ball gown wedding dresses to modern, minimal Illusion Back and Fishtail dresses. While Mori Lee dresses often have gorgeous beading, lace and embroidery detailing, the same attention to detail is shown in their stunningly dramatic silhouettes!
We currently have a sample sale on where many of our samples are reduced for a limited period! At Dress the Bride we try to stock a range of sizes and prices because we understand every bride is unique. The nearest is Churchgate Car Park, 14 Churchgate, Stockport, SK1 1YA (Pay & Display / Ringgo) After leaving the Car Park walk past the Church and the glass covered market hall and you will be in the Market square. Turn left and you will see St Petersgate Bridge- take the steps down on the right hand side and our shop is straight in front of you on Little Underbank!

Highly recommend Dress the Bride. Rachael and Sara were so friendly and patient with me as I tried on almost every dress in the shop before finding the dress I wanted to wear for my wedding. I found the atmosphere in the shop a lot more relaxed than other bridal shops I had visited, with no pressure on me to buy straight away (Rachael helped me to take photos during my first visit of my favourite dresses and I went away and thought about it, then came back to try on my favourite dress again before deciding to purchase it) and I thought there were so many more options of dresses that I could try

I thought it would take me months to find my wedding dress, this was the third shop I tried and I'm so thankful I did! Sara was absolutely brilliant, so helpful and picked out a dress I wouldn't have thought of but ended up being the one! Great shop, lovely atmosphere, and can't beat the service or the prices.

This was the first place I decided to go to and I found my dress there straight away! They have a range of different styles - so I tried quite a few on but when you know you know! Rachael is lovely and had myself and my bridesmaids laughing all through the appointment. Prices are reasonable, my perfect dress was in my preferred price range, and they have their own alteration service. On my final fitting Sara, who is also lovely, told me exactly how to get the dress on so I could let my bridesmaids know. Through every interaction I felt like these ladies were interested in my wedding and no question
