The worst place to have your especial wedding day here is the reason from my experience: 1) On my first visit the manager showed me a a good chair with a clean and good design cover but during the wedding day they changed it to a different chair with dirty cover.
2) Even though we have paid full service including cleaning, The manager charged us £300.00 for using confetti from the security deposit.

We had our event at this location on Friday 13th August 2021. Very nice and convenient location for all types of events. Our booking was cancelled due to corona in 2020 but the owners were very understanding and agreed to adjust the booking for 2021 to fit our requirements. Even during the event, they were able to help us with additional services and support. Will surely be using them again and totally recommended for parties and weddings and meetings.

I had a really bad experience with this venue and staff. I was promised my wedding day was in the perfect hands and they really did not deliver. The bridal room is shocking, broken sockets and holes in the wall. This room is where the bride will be half the event and was the depressing area. The paint and skirting boards were promised to be tidied before the event and it was not done. Table cloths had holes in and seat covers were dirty. The red carpet was dirty before we arrived, we had to make do. Manger who was supposed to co ordinate the event was not there for the event, which is a shame as
