If you haven't informed us already, the first step is for you to provide brief details about yourself and about the accommodation you require. We will ask questions about yourself, your position and what you're looking for and will then search our database for suitable and available properties for you to view.
In most instances we will pass your details to our approved contractors who may be in touch with you for access. Please note we can not assist where we are not instructed to manage your Landlord's property, in which case please contact your Landlord directly.

I found the team at Lakins excellent. Their property management knowledge is extremely good and as a property manager myself I was impressed with them as a company. James in particular was very knowlegable and went beyond just giving me a value he actually knew what to check in the property and did so at the time of his visit to value.

When we first enquired about a property, Chris was so helpful which is always what you need when you have the stress of searching for somewhere to rent with a dog. We were then shown a property by Andre who was professional and polite and has assisted us from start to finish with our new tenancy which has gone very smoothly. The rest of the team have been nothing but helpful and polite too when not dealing with Chris or Andre

Lakin & Co have done a great job in managing my property, always very professional. What sets them aside is their independent and personal approach. I know and trust I can ring them with any questions I have and be given advice, but also the time and space to make the right decision for me (rather than a hard-sell approach which I’ve received from some other agents).

We bought recently, and we were very impressed with Lakin, we mostly dealt with Molly. She was responsive, helpful and efficient, and we had a quick and smooth transaction. She oversaw the whole process and stayed on top of everything, as well as keeping us regularly posted and chasing up the involved parties when necessary.
