We know that every property is unique so we custom tailor our services to meet the individual needs of your property. Bronze Package 5% one off fee - For a hands on landlord who doesn't require the full management service. Silver Package 8% monthly payment - For landlords who are happy to carry out maintenance works however with the added bonus of legal paperworks and rent collection.
Whether you are applying for your first mortgage, re-mortgaging or securing a mortgage for an investment property the first step is to arrange your mortgage. This can be done by going to your preferred lender or alternatively instructing your own personal mortgage broker to find the best deal/mortgage available for you.
