John Baxter founded Unividual in 2000. The business concept was realised after John experienced a "one-size fits all" financial advice service for years. As a business owner John couldn't find an adviser that could plan across all areas of his personal and business finances. Advice was generic and not tailored to his situation.
Every member of our team plays a crucial role in delivering Unividual's service. A well-executed people strategy is one of the reasons why our business is so different from other financial planning firms. Our innovative recruitment process focuses on attracting people that we know can do the job in the way we need it to be done.
