Tate have looked after the rental of my flat in Chiswick for 16 years and I could not be more satisfied. They have always been responsive, helpful, efficient and friendly. Their service has been outstanding in finding tenents, looking after the property, negotiating on my behalf and dealing with all the usual maintenance issues that can arise. My tenents have also felt themselves supported whenever they have needed something. They give me peace of mind and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We've had a flawless experience with Tate Partnership for over 4 years now. They've been very easy to work with. When we had a major structural issue recently, Tate's project manager, Chris Ring, had repairs underway within two hours of reporting the problem. At no point during the 2-week process did we have to lift a finger or to coordinate anything, and the quality of the work was excellent. In all we've felt well taken care of.
