Buying property can be a complicated process, so here is an easy step-by-step guide which has been designed to walk you through the process of buying a property. Before you begin your property search, it is advisable to arrange your finances and, if required, have a mortgage agreed in principle. This will confirm how much money you will have to fund the purchase, which will ultimately influence your property search.
Our aim is to achieve you the highest sale price while making sure the whole process is as stress free as possible. Ensure your property is sold to suitable buyers within a time frame that suits your requirements. We aim to guide our clients through the sales procedure as smoothly as possible and be on hand to advise on any complex issues that may arise during the sale.
If the tenancy is renewed, we will make a charge of 50.00 including vat to cover our administration. Pay a non-refundable holding deposit of a min of 300 (inc VAT, this amount will be deducted from the account upon move in). Shaw & Co will use a professional referencing company to carry out the References.

Excellent results and service from Pav, Shiv and the team at Shaw & Co (Heston). We had various issues selling our property previously with numerous buyers wasting our time for months on end.

I had a very bad experience with buying property through this agency. Riddled with lies and exaggeration. Bad mannered agents who are working solely based on on their own profits and interest. Because of this, I lost a property which I was highly interested in, but they prioritiedrioritd their own private clients who paid them bigger commisions.I would never buy or sell again through this agency.
