I reached out to multiple recruiters at the agency through email and linked. And was consistently ignored. Extremely unprofessional staff who are extremely rude and doesn’t even have the decency to reply to emails. It’s hard enough people are struggling to get responses from companies their applying too. But to have a recruiter to ignore you when they them selves said they are there to support you, in your job search. Is more than disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend anyone going to them for assistance with your job search.

Great team who provided fast, efficient and reliable service. They offered plenty of support and advice throughout the whole employment process. Kate Harty and Todd McMichael have been so helpful and polite during the past few months, they were never too busy to take the time out to assist you and genuinely cared about your time spent in the role they placed you within. The service was very bad from the beginning, i was told a lot of lies, never got paid correctly, also never got wage slip until i asked on many occasions. by law i should have seen them first but they made me start my job and then take my passport details. i never met this agency. and to be honest i could of given any one passport, the security level for both client and temp was extremely poor. the face they under paid me consistently and when questioned they under paid again this happened quite a lot. i have emails as prove. i would not recommend this recruitment agency to anyone and i will pursue
