Wish I could give zero stars! An absolutely awful company! I am embarrassed to ever have associated myself with them. It is common practice of the consultants at this business to lie about jobs and lie about sending CVs over! I mean if you are lucky enough to be consulted about a job that actually exists, be prepared for them to blatantly lie about sending your CV for this role. My experience with Annapurna was awful, and I also know other people who have utilised this agency and have shared the same experience as me. This leaves me to come to no other conclusion that their staff are leaving these

Possibly the worst HR agency out there. Don’t respond to job applications, email or voicemails. Then they have the cheek to phone me out of the blue 3 months later asking if I am thinking of changing jobs. It’s not the first time they have done this and I can guarantee that, when I start my new job, they will be the first company to call me to see if I need anyone for my new team. Avoid at all costs.

Having been at Annapurna recruitment for a week on work experience, I have nothing but positive things to say. It has helped me to understand which areas interest me the most and gain both experience and confidence in an office environment. I have gained so much knowledge surrounding recruitment and HR and am so grateful to Annapurna for this opportunity. The HR team have been so welcoming, friendly to me this week, and have really helped me to gain insight of the industry! There are honestly no negative things I could say about my week here at Annapurna! It has been really great!

They contacted me for the wrong position in the wrong city, and then asked me to recommend a friend. They just spam anyone who remotely looks like a developer.
This happened several times with several recruiters. They have no idea of what they are doing, and I doubt they are the best investment if you are looking for skilled candidates.
EDIT: Despite repeatedly asking them to stop contacting me, new Annapurna recruiters contact me every month or two.

I was wary of how working with recruiter may turn out, from stories I had heard from many people, but was pleasantly surprised by my experience. They paid attention to what I was looking for and found role that could accommodate this for me. They kept me updated on the processes and remained professional, yet friendly throughout.
