My property has been let by John Grants for over 10 years and iv never had any issues. Recently my tenancy agreement with the previous tenants ended and John Grants responded quickly by making sure the property didn't stay empty while getting me the best rental income possible. They often provide regular updates and notify me inadvance if any of my annual maintenance certificate need renewal.The service and updates provided during this period have been excellent. I'm looking forward to continuing our relationship and would recommend new and existing landlords to do the same. 5* service!
