Jonathan has been an estate agent for over 30 years and for 20 years of that as the Sales Manager here at Ian Gibbs. In order to increase his knowledge of the industry, he studied and attained a degree in estate management. Jonathan enjoys the constant challenge of valuing the varied housing stock in Enfield and building relationships with clients from initial marketing, through to moving day.

Kirkland Drive EN1 , Managed by Ian Gibbs Estate Management, have had ALL communal areas heaters, turned off. This is illegal.
Every tenant, or owner pays service charges, and a minimum legal temperature is required in Communal areas, which is paid for by Us.
Theft by Deception, and therefore Fraud, is an arrestable offence, and if not returned, Service charges will be withheld. Police, and The Council will be brought in within 72 hrs if this is not switched on, by THE person, who committed this illegal act. We know who this is!
Residents are within their rights to plug heaters into the communal

At the start of our tenancy Ian Gibbs seemed ok, seemed to fix most things ok but in my opinion when advised of drug use outside our flat, I felt the response was poor and unprofessional. Specifically Gill was incredibly unhelpful and in my opinion borderline aggressive in her tone. Threatened to attempt to charge additional days rent when keys were handed back early and honestly the only good member of staff was Sasha, she was prompt polite and helpful.
