The Lynwood Guest House
Lynwood is a large Victorian House built in the 1850's using local slate. An impressive house, Lynwood has retained many of its original features, with six spacious en-suite bedrooms, all recently refurbished to a very high standard. The rooms at the front of the house look out over the rooftops to Walla Crag and Cat Bells, whilst those at the back have views out to Skiddaw, Latrigg and Blencathra.

On the top floor is our 'Penthouse Suite'. This large triple room spans the house and has a double-aspect to the north and south of Keswick. The suite has it's own private shower room and separate toilet on the same floor. Situated in a quiet residential area of Keswick, yet only five minutes stroll into town with all its many pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and retail outlets.

Really great place to stay, a very friendly B&B. I've stayed there many times over the past 18 years. Just far enough out of the town centre and central for the lake and surrounding walks. Highly recommended.
