Been here with a large group of people several times and it has always been excellent, unfortunately this time it was not. The food was amazing, you could not fault it. For a party of 14 everyone enjoyed the food and the kitchen did well to get it out, hot and all together. The service however was terrible, had to go and ask for drinks several times, a general attitude from the staff as if we were being an inconvenience being there. They had plenty of staff around, so this wasn't a question of being short handed.

I came here the other day, and service was bad , food is nice. Confused waiters didn't know what date it was. Brought food to the wrong table. Half n hour later he rudely tells us to wait another 40 mins to 35 mins and the other table even complained its the wrong food. Bad management skills and also charged me additional £2 for extra garlic in my curry. LAST TIME HERE!

We went Shalimar for our works celebrations last Friday.
- The Restaurant is kept clean and tidy throughout
- Staff are friendly and easy to talk to, very attentive.
- Food was 10/10, exactly as you would expect from a place like this
(Tip - If you are struggling on what to have, shout one of the waiters and ask them for their recommendations, they are always happy to assist).
Me and the team all had a great night! Highly recommended and we will most definitely see you again very soon! 👍😁
