A lovely countryside escape, we went here for a company retreat of 60people and there was still plenty of space left! The cottages were clean and the grounds were very pleasant to walk around in, even the horses were very friendly and enjoyed being patted on the head. The fireplace on the west wing whilst overlooking the window and wisteria were a personal favourite.

Lovely house (West Wing), if they wanted to make it feel more luxury they could do with updating the carpets and some furniture, but has a nice old farmhouse feel and was very homely. Plenty of room for our 10 member family, it never felt crowed. We had grandparents, parents, ‘kids’ (in their twenties) and teenagers, everybody loved it.
Fridge is massive - you can fit a lot more than you think, with some Tetris-like stacking!
Only qualms were some of the mattresses need replacing - several of us struggled to sleep as ours were lumpy. If you’re not fussy then it isn’t a big deal, but a

We stayed in Horner which proved to be ideal for the two of us. The views were excellent and Horner is very handy for getting to the excellent swimming pool and the car park. The weather was brilliant and we really appreciated being able to book the pool for one hour private sessions. It was also useful to have a washer/drier in the cottege. The armchairs were very comfortable and we also found the bed very comfortable and slept really well. We received a very warm welcome on arrival.
We will certainly return again.
