Dr Laczna is a very good dentist, proven so due to the skill and patience needed for this extraction, which was not in very good condition.
Also impressed with her communication skill while in the dentist chair.
I have no hesitation in recommending this dentist, I am glad that I used Blue light again.

Do not recommend. I was looking forward to my appointment after reading some great reviews. However, it was quite frankly one of the worst dentist appointments I've ever hard. I paid £150 for cleaning, check up and x rays. The dentist put me laying proper down on the chair while she was cleaning my teeth which was very odd and of course led me to have water, saliva (and blood!!) sprayed all over my face, neck, hair and UP MY NOSE!!! It was incredibly odd and uncomfortable. Her hands were also wet and she was resting them on my face which was again incredibly odd not to mention physically uncomfortable

The best dental service I have ever experienced. All of the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. When I explained to them that I had a dental phobia they took the time to make me feel very comfortable and explained all of the procedures in detail. I cannot recommend this dental service enough, they have helped me get over a lifetime of fear and get my teeth back to a healthy state something I never imagined possible.
