My visit to the practice was excellent. The Dentist was extremely thorough and diligent, with a relax atmosphere. I should also comment on how easy it was to fill out forms online, with careful precautions before the visit. This was reassuring for health and safety. The receptionist were all welcoming and professional. Highly recommend this dental practice. Thank you all.

Dr Claire Titton is definitely one of the best dentists. Over the years I received excellent dental care with accurate precise diagnosis & best ever dental treatments from Dr Claire.

Always greeted with a warm smile. The premises are clean and hand sanitizer are the door. Never have to wait too long to. My dentist always makes me feel very relaxed and talks me through everything and ensures I am satisfied with my dental care while I am on the chair. Everyone goes above and beyond to make me really leave with a smile.

I’d probably be classed as a ‘nervous’ patient and so I really appreciate that Dr Gillan and his team always take the time to explain procedures and ensure I’m comfortable. These things may seem small but are really important. I have no hesitation in recommending both Dr Gillan and London City Smiles.

Without doubt, Dr. Jeyhan is the best dentist I’ve encountered. He’s client care is fantastic. He’s very informative & competent in his field.

Great convenient location and good to find a dentist surgery offering NHS treatment. The dentists do a good job. The downside of this surgery is the whole reception experience. Staff are cold, unfriendly and stoney. Unsmiling and stern. After 6 years as a client, trying to build up rapport, here is still no acknowledgement. They are like robots. It is a very offputting customer experience.

I live in London and have been going to London City Smiles for over 15 years. My husband and our 3 children also go here. We always have great service from the reception staff and dentists. They always have time to talk and listen to any concerns and are happy to work with you. I use homeopathy rather than medicines and any dentist I see is always very supportive. I am not the best at going to the dentist though going here and knowing everyone, makes things so much easier.

This was my first experience at an Orthodontist here in the UK, and without a point of reference I initially did not think it was that bad... boy, did I learn!
So I came here for a cleaning, the hygienist that attended to me wasn't very pleasant, but she didn't need to be really... it got the job done and was close to work. Despite the lobby giving a good presence the place itself wasn't as laid out as nice as it leads on to be, but again... it was functional.
Alas, the trouble begins... on one visit it was mentioned to me that whoever consults for Invisalign was there... I&apos
