North facing rooms have views across Keswick Town to Skiddaw, Latrigg and Blencathra. South facing rooms have views across Hope Park to Derwentwater and Catbells, The Borrowdale Valley to distant Glaramara and Newlands Valley.

Very nice accommodation. The owners are accommodating and very helpful. Nice location near the town centre but the front rooms look out across the pitch and putt golf course to the Lake. Would happily recommend.

Fantastic family-run hotel, with beautiful and comfy rooms offering some of the best views in Keswick. The location is perfect - just out of the hustle and bustle of the town but only a few minutes walk from the centre and the lake. The hosts are very friendly and provide a lovely cooked breakfast ready for a day of walking and exploring the Lakes.

Rooms are immaculate and the bed was comfortable.
We decided on room 7 lots of stairs but definately worth it for the view
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and the owner could not have been more helpful.
Looking for some where to stay in Keswick try here you won’t be disappointed.

Though small, and despite the review (I would give it a 3.5 if possible), this was a very decent hotel. It had a nice room. However, a fault in the toilet caused it to keep it with running water after being flushed and the maid removed and turned off my charging phone after going through my room, which was slightly annoying. Other than that, it was a well placed hotel with a nice staff and good breakfast.
