Woodcock & Thompson pride ourselves in handling sales and purchases of houses and flats all over the country for clients all over the world. We recognise the importance of offering an affordable and efficient service in an area which at times is far from straight forward. As a result of our friendly and approachable ethos we are well respected locally, not just amongst clients but also estate agents and other property professionals.
To ensure your wishes concerning your possessions are followed after your death it is important to have a Will. We can ensure Wills are completed to simplify matters for succession and minimise Inheritance Tax where possible. We deal with all aspects of probate and administration of estates, large and small.

Got a single sentence ALL CAPS reply to an email requesting fees for legal advice regarding a bereavement no less. No hello, no kind regards, just retain me for the whole process or I'm not saying nothing because it would be 'pro bono'. I was enquiring about fees for a consultation, nothing pro bono about it. Stereotypical arrogant lawyers...
Update : A week later the solictor in question apologised in writing.

Referred a lot of my Fine & Country clients here given their consistent professionalism throughout the conveyancing process; case handlers were always available to provide me with updates to ensure that sales completed in a timely manner
Would always recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Northamptonshire
