First job Brice Autos did for me was pick my son's car up to get tyre changed as soon as I asked. Polite, efficient service and perfectly reasonably priced!
Because of that I booked my MOT with them. Not only was it done that day but they went above and beyond with communication.
Friendly and open staff which is a must for me not knowing anything about cars!

I took my much loved and well maintained VW T4 van in for a routine oil change and belts. £2k and 7 weeks later, I finally got it back but van runs terribly and they’re not interested in putting things right. It went there in March and I’m still now rectifying the problems one by one in late August. I can also add that it was returned to me with the wrong belly pan (rusted and dented) a cracked windscreen (which I had to replace for MOT), a broken heater and many more things, which of course I can’t actually prove. All I got when mentioned were excuses. More importantly, is that I now have

These guys ALWAYS help me out. I work in the community and heavily rely on my car, so when my brake was smoking I called them. No issues, no worries, no waiting until next week, they took my car in, told me what needed doing and why, told me the cost and by the end of the day I had my car back. Faultless service. Amazing people. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

My car visited Brice Autos for an MOT, it was taken there by a local dealership who's staff lied to me saying the reasons it took 1¾ hours to do the job were 1, the emissions were high, 2, the idle speed was high, 3, they were just cleaning off dirty finger marks.
I phoned Brice Autos who told me everything about my car was perfect, emissions perfect at high rpm and idle, no adjustments needed.
As the car has only done 20000 miles I had been concerned to be told adjustment was required

We've been going here for 14 years for car service and MOT, general wear and tear and any other problems with our cars. We've always had outstanding service, all of the staff know their trade very well. They're always friendly and welcoming with great banter and we keep coming back for more!
