We are suppliers of nearly new and used vehicles and are a family run business that has been retailing in pre-owned vehicles in the South East and Kent since 1968. We are now located at an all purpose site in Greenhithe near the iconic shopping centre Bluewater and stock up to 30 used vehicles at any one time.
Hi, myself and my partner Marion would like to say a big Thank you to Ian and his family for a great car buying experience. We found a lovely skoda Roomster with them, competitively priced, were invited to take it for a test drive, loved it! There was a small fault with the electric Windows and mirrors which Ian said he would have fixed.

I recently bought a Renault Clio from Trade Kent Direct Ltd. I was impressed with the service and condition of the car. They had great attention to detail going the extra mile to get the alloy wheels re-finished and the interior spotless so that the car seemed almost box fresh. Ian also went the extra mile to explain all the features of the car and help hook my phone up via bluetooth so I was good to go for a long journey back before I'd even left the forecourt.

I bought my car a fiat 500l last week from Ian, no pushy sales just let me take it out for a test drive with my friend. Didn't have any parking sensors on it, but Ian recommended someone to come round to the house, now all done. I no iv only had it only a week, but pleased so far. Have a 3 month warranty in with the price. He also said any worries to call in, which you don't get that service with a large company.
Would recommend this garage if anyone is looking to buy a secondhand car. Ian was very pleasent and helpful.

Extremely poor customer service! Upon viewing a Mini Cooper S and having checked all the basics, it was clear to see a failed suspension mount. This did not go down well with the salesmen who instantly dismissed the idea anything was wrong with the car and was happy to terminate the potential sale there and then. Real shame as the car was very nice but the salesman either worryingly had no mechanical knowlege whatsoever or was happy to dismiss the idea of any problems in the attempt to make a quick buck, either way it meant i had to walk away from what was potentially a nice car for fear of needing

Spoke to a chap about a Subaru Impreza on his forecourt. Very abrupt almost rude as a salesman myself I don’t need to hear the that’s the price before I’ve even asked any information, basic people skills training could be useful. I would have reserved and collected at the weekend. Poor attitude on asking details about the car, basic questions about repairs the car may have had and any rust and the response was not as expected it wouldn’t have taken two seconds to find out and call me back. Less than impressed 👍🏽
