Having read some of these reviews I wanted to share my experience with kent motoring company. I bought my car from them back in 2017 a vw polo and I have always been happy with my car and the service I received. I recently purchased another car from this company for my wife and so far she is very happy with her car. We are both happy with our purchase and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable second hand car.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, BIGGEST SCAM EVER
Customer service is shocking. How this company is still surviving I do not know. My partner bought a car from here a couple of months ago, it's broken down multiple times but they have REFUSED to repair it even though by LAW they have to within a 6 month period.

These lads are Scammers 110% Before I even agreed to collect my vehicle back in September 2020 they tried to sell me the warranty which was clearly advertised on Auto-Trader as Included as standard.
Just 1 year later my Car is in the scrap yard they REFUSED to take my vehicle back within my 2 week cooling off period, the arab fella threatened a member of staff at the Car Finance Company and was aggressive. They never sorted the Timing Belt Issue, I've spent £2000 on repairs to this car in 12 months including the Clutch, Duel Mass Flywheel, Steering Rack, Powered Steering Pump and Electrical faults

Giving one star as there's no option to leave NO stars!!
Bought a car 11 weeks ago, been back to their garage TWICE and still not sorted. Got very aggressive on the phone when I complained for the 4th time! Asked for a refund and told they'd give me a price to refund £1100 less than I paid, for a car hardly driven. Ignoring emails and text messages. COURT CASE IS LOOMING!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid at all cost , another garage that will con you , brought car during lockdown and it hasn't made it out of lockdown , yes the car came with a one month warranty but we was in lockdown so haven't gone far 3000 miles and car is a Complete loss I've been advised turbo was probably on way out when car was purchased. Avoid avoid avoid

My partner purchased an Audi a3 from this garage on 3.8.19.
Visually the car looked ok. He was treated well by the salesman & assured it was 'an exceptional car...nothing wrong with it'. Well, two days later the problems began to surface....clutch wouldn't go into reverse, rattling noise the min it reached 60mph, CD player not working, panel missing on interior, behind the tailgate.
This company, the minute you leave the fore court, the minute they take your hard earned money, want nothing more to do with you. The AA warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. How the AA can endorse this

I bought a Ford Focus from Kent Motoring Company . It drives lovely and I am very happy with it. They let me test drove it on my own and did not push at all. The staff are very helpful and let me to have a good look around before I made my decision. The transfer of car was very professionally and they helped me with tax and insurance too. I am very happy with their service and definitely recommend Kent Motoring Company.

Very friendly salesman, helped us to find the right car for us. They have a good quality of cars in their showroom and their prices are really good as well. They even helped us to do the tax and insurance and gave us free breakdown cover. We are very happy with the purchase and will always come back if we need a car. Thank you again

Best car sales company in London! Exceptional customer service! After a long research for a 4x4, and some really disappointing experiences with other dealers around London (selected cars under holding deposit being sold from dealers to other customers, advertisement of cars as perfect and then after inspecting the cars finding out that the car was rusted, flooded, or damaged and quick repaired…) I can admit that I was very impressed about the owner of Kent Motoring Company. I had a thorough communication with him over the phone prior to my visit, he explained to me the condition of the car thoroughly
