Excellent!!! Great communication from the start and really helpful. Nigel and Graham made the whole sale a great experience, really positive, honest and knowledgable. I had an excellent experience buying my car from Oakwoods. I initially spoke with Graham who was prompt and helpful. When I went to see (and buy) the car I met Nigel, the owner of the business. I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Just by looking around I could see that it is a well established business; very professional. Paperwork was sorted quickly. Super smooth transaction and I couldn't have asked for better service. First of all I must apologise to Nigel for the delay in writing this review! I bought my Audi A3 in early November 2020 (during lockdown when I desperately needed a new car!) Nigel from Oakwoods is a true professional in the industry. The car is a dream and I absolutely love it and cant fault it at all! Nigel was very easy to deal with, honest and polite. I had to travel a fair distance to collect the car and Nigel followed all Covid guidelines. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Nigel and Oakwoods if you are looking for a new car. There are many dealers out there who do not

It would be extremely difficult to praise Nigel and his team at Oakwoods Group highly enough.
Arranging a viewing allowed them to prepare and display the vehicle for my arrival, making the whole experience feel more like an event than just another inspection and test drive. Nigel is clearly passionate about his business and providing a positive customer experience is paramount to maintaining his reputation of longstanding. He does not disappoint.
Upon returning from my solo test drive they offered me a very fair price for my trade in and my decision to purchase was made with absolutely no pressure

Bought a car from Nigel at Oakwoods and it all went smoothly. All the paper work was prepared by Nigel in due time and the communication was excellent. Nigel was patient with myself, an understandably thorough customer and he also kindly provided refreshments. From a customer service point of view definitely ticked all the right spots.
No issues at all with the vehicle so far and if there were, I would hope / have confidence they would be sorted. As previous reviewers said, there was no time limits on test drive and car inspection with my mechanic and I also got a fair price for my px.
