All stuff need to be changed, even the big boss. Not a pleasure to work for DM. No paid holliday but they call you to make extra shifts , in case of furlough they will never pay the employees, i think the big boss need to buy a Tesla with that cash. when you feel bad and cant work , they start to be rude asking "why why why you can't work" and after you say the reason they start saying is not a good reason. Bad experience to work for dm

They messaged me to ask me to go to work the next morning got to work 20 miles away and company said they didn't need me tried calling agency and they didn't answer my calls , the next week they rang me at 12.00 to ask me to work that day and rest of week so I went and worked for 2 hours unloading container and when finished asked company about rest of week and they said they would contact agency if I was needed . They messaged me the next Thursday night to work Friday morning I said yes when I got there there were 5 other dm recruitment workers there and the company said they hadn't asked for

Brilliant agency, always found me work at various assignments from Veolia, Creamer and more.
If I had no work at one site or contract they offered me work at another contract. If you're willing to work for these guys they will be willing to work for you.
I recently got a permanent position. But I have a lifetime record of screwing up opportunities. So if that's the case. I will come back to these guys for sure as I know I can rely on their team to find me work quickly and regularly.

Have been dealing with DM Recruitment and in particular Jamie Dockerty and he has been second to none. Helpful, enthusiastic and prompt.
