Would highly recommend NOT using this company! Very unprofessional, avoid clients and overall just didn’t care as to update us or give us any useful information. Me and my partner moved into our new house 5 days ago now and we have still not heard anything from them. We paid them 7 days ago and that’s when the contact was cut off completely and we never heard from our solicitor again. We was told we would receive confirmation once we could move into our home and this would come from our solicitor, however it was our sellers estate agent who then actually confirmed on the day that the sale had

Just sold a house using the professional services of Janine & Natalie. I have to say they were a refreshing change to the services I’ve received in the past from other solicitors we’ve used. I contacted Rupert Wood & Son to obtain my mother's will so I could clarify the funeral arrangements. It took 5 days for them to return my call. From the calls I made and eventually received from the solicitors, and from email correspondence and face to face meeting with the solicitor holding the will, I did not receive an element of compassion !!. A simple " I'm sorry for your loss " would have been appreciated, but no. I provided the relevant paperwork from my side and the will was handed to me. I had to ask for an envelope to place it in, no guidance as to what I should do with the will or who

I used Rupert Wood and Son for the first time for conveyancing.
I couldn’t have asked for a better service, everyone at Rupert Wood and Son (especially Janine and Natalie) were so helpful and given the current climate this did not seem to effect the process.
I would definitely recommend this company as I was kept up to date when necessary and there were no hidden charges.

What a brilliant Solicitors, everything you want them to be! We dealt with Natalie and Janine, they were exceptionally quick to respond to all queries and dealt with everything immediately and in a professional manner.
