Services
Here at Bright Swans we make sure every child is safe and protected according to current safeguarding legislation. All our staff hold relevant early years qualifications and are DBS checked. All rooms are equipped with CCTV including the children's bathroom. Engage your child all day long in fun and educational activities that nurture their young minds and create interpersonal skills such as team work and communication.
We aim to provide a safe, stimulating and loving environment for the children, enabling them to grow as people. We open 51 weeks of the year, 7:30 - 6:00pm daily, offering a home-from-home across four large rooms and an extensive garden area. We aim to provide excellent quality care and provide a bright and welcoming environment that encourages fun, learning and interaction for all children in their care.

I am a friend of someone whose child attends this nursery. They do not want to disclose who they are, but they have some downfalls they want to share.
They believe that the manager is lovely and some of the staff are really nice. However some of the staff are rude and unapproachable. There are some new and old staff members that are quite hard faced and abrupt and that makes them question how they are with their child when they are at nursery. They don’t make the parent feel welcomed when bringing their child to nursery nor do they greet them. When working in this type of sector and with children

My son attends Bright swans since January and I am very happy with the staff and the nursery. It is very clean and the toys and equipment are clean very good. My son loves the garden which he always talks about and the staff are genuinely caring.

WARNING, not to be trusted.
I viewed this nursery last week. As I stepped through the door the manager Lashawn, asked about my ability to pay a £50 deposit for a place. I hadn’t even been shown one room.
Still, after a tour I decided I liked the nursery and wanted a place. Lashawn showed me a payment schedule which had structured times but she claimed these were ‘flexible’ and I paid a deposit. However, the next day she totally changed her stance on this and made claims that I had agreed a price which was not even listed on their price structure. She also claimed I had agreed to set times

Lovely nursery. My son has been going here over a year now. From day one the staff have been amazing both with my son and myself. Recently, aneeka has stepped in as manager and really turned the nursery around. My son loves going and even asks to go on a non nursery day. The staff are amazing with him and he adores them. Not only do they treat my son like their own, but I'm also made to feel like part of the "family" would 100% recommend

I recently had a thorough look around this nursery and got to say was very impressed. Great, clean facilities and staff I met were friendly and seemed very dedicated and a happy atmosphere in the classrooms, with the children very engaged. The latest Ofsted report says Very Good, I'd be in agreement with this, it is outstanding. Keep up the good work

After reading the reviews on day nurseries and google, myself and my partner went down to look at the nursery ourselves this week. We are very pleased with the facilities they have and the amazing huge garden which our children will just love. Staff all at all friendly and welcoming. Both our children will be starting in the new year.
