Sabre Insurance Company Ltd. is a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service scheme for complaints from private policyholders. If you have a complaint, please write to Sabre Insurance Company Limited at Sabre House, 150 South Street, Dorking, Surrey RH4 2YY. A. The box will record how you drive & measure a number of factors for example speeding, night time driving, braking and how often you drive in congested traffic. We believe that if you achieve high scores you will benefit from a cheaper premium as well as being a safer driver. The box also works as a tracking box if your car is stolen.
We can confirm that upon request and subject to validating your identity we will provide you with your personal information in a readable CSV format. This information will be sent to you by post or email, whichever is your preferred option. All emails will be encrypted.

If you're wondering what happens at renewal time, we'll be in contact by email 3 - 4 weeks before your renewal date once we've reviewed how you have driven over the last year and adjusted your driving score if necessary. We will not renew your policy or take any money from your bank account or credit/debit card until you've told us to go ahead.
To help us help you effectively, please report all accidents, thefts or other losses by calling us on 0330 024 8055. If your car has been stolen and not yet recovered, you should in the first instance report the theft to the police and obtain the crime reference number before contacting the Theft Tracker help-line on 0844 583 9529 and then report the theft to us on 0330 024 8055.

I don't usually leave reviews and even more scarcely, positive reviews. I have been with Drivesmart Insurance for ten months with a black box. They rewarded me with lowered car insurance monthly, fairly analysed by driving and have given me a great renewal premium price. I can't comment for other customers but the Drivesmart insurance customer service was helpful to me on the few occasions I needed them. Can't ask for more really. Don't go with any car insurance company, go with Drivesmart.

Probably the worst insurance agent I have dealt with.
Whilst dealing with them on behalf of my elderly grandmother who struggles with English, the degree of arrogance, lack of interpersonal skills, and pure inability of staff to perform simple tasks was, to put it bluntly, shambolic.
The fact that one member of staff doesn't know what another has done and not updated the records (which happened to us on no more than 6 occasions) is laughable.
Their appointment system and attempting to arrange for a telematic box fitting left me asking why they even bothered.
