Validation is the checking process we undertake on every insurance policy. This is to ensure that all of the information provided by the customer is correct and the right level of cover is in place. Sometimes these checks may show some discrepancies which may result in a change in price or the policy terms.

By far the worst insurance company I have used. I have been trying to change some details in my policy. Requested a call back 3 times no one has contacted me. Sent them an email twice no one has responded. Tried to call them after waiting for almost an hour each time no one picks up. Would never use them again and advise others to think twice before using this company.

They eat from your hard work. All lazy people sitting in the office an stealing your money. Legal action taken.

So brought an insurance policy and paid in full £157.56p two months later I get a letter from the dvla your car isn't insured and a £80 fine, contact them and yes they took the money but did not activate a policy! Now I constantly calling them to get my money back plus expenses as if you call them they are clear £35 admin charges £75 renewal fees etc etc so what's good for them is good for us costumers. Called 4 times now with the promise of call backs and emails but I get nothing in return. Every time I call I charge them £35 admin fee so will see. Very unprofessional and poor service I would

Andre was awesome. It was like speaking to a human being as opposed to an automation that can’t process anything beyond the script. Originally when I tried to renew my policy, the guy kept me on hold. The call lasted 45min and he said he was still waiting for a call from the insurer. I requested a call back at 5.15. The call never came. Twice after 5.15 I called back and the mumbling cow put me on hold immediately. She needs a punch in the mouth.

Just spoke to Andre from Right choice - i called to cancel as my premium went up from last year and i was getting £57 cheaper on comparethemarket.com.
he was really helpful and positive - we ended up getting the quote cheaper than my online quote and the initial one. Was really simple and a pleasure to deal with

People I will save you the time and tell you to NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company.
Cheap, I have to agree but there are many hidden charges that will occur when making a claim which they don't tell you over the phone.
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
Please please please don't waste your time with this company. They're nice to sign you up but then brush you off when you actual need their service. Been on the phone for 1 hour all I wanted was for to be transferred to the claims team.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

Disgusting company to deal with. Quoted one price for insurance and purchased it. Then received phone call asking me questions for about an hour. Was told the policy would be increased by about £20. When I asked why they said it was because I wasn't a member of a classic car club. They took the extra payment from my card. The next thing was they needed copies of both mine and the named driver's licenses, permission from DVLA check from website (codes to be obtained by me) a copy of the v5C (all 4 pages) and proof of no claims.

Do not deal with these guys, pay a few £s ore for a good company, they make their money after you take out the policy, any change costs £45, if you change your car they make the quote so expensive that you are better off cancelling which is what I think they want you to do, because their cancelations policy is terrible, another £45 but unlike most companies they do not offer you a proportional refund, we had 50% remaining on the policy and they offered us 10% after fees! we lost around £300.
