Formerly a small hotel, run down and with an unattractive circa 1970's extension on its rear, this property was acquired for The Lucky Onion Group by Dunkerton Properties LLP who required a top-class renovation of this listed building together with a new contemporary rear conservatory extension to provide additional kitchen/restaurant facilities.
Formerly a 1970's building incorporating a pizzeria with offices above and located on a prominent site in the centre of the conservation area of Bishops Cleeve, this site was acquired by retained clients and a contemporary redevelopment proposal was negotiated with the local planning and conservation departments by Ralph Guilor Architects - for the erection of 12 flats.
While on English Heritage's national list of buildings at risk, this property was acquired by developer clients, Beaufort Homes Western Ltd a subsidiary of Berkley Homes. Planning permission was obtained by Ralph Guilor Architects to convert this Regency building, built in 1828, to four flats.

Due to the derelict condition of the building "enabling development" for a new build "coach house" comprising three further dwellings, was also negotiated with the local planning authority and granted planning permission to fund the cost of the development.
Formerly an ugly garage site on the edge of the small town and situated in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the opposite side of the road from a fine listed Cotswold building, this site was a challenging site to redevelop. Not only were there important design issues but also ground contamination to overcome and also the problem of desiccated ground on the foundation design due to a row of adjacent trees.
