Went here for lunch. The food wasn't "wow" but tasty enough. Staff was kind and quick.

Only stopped in for a quick drink but the service was good, as was the selection of whiskies and the staff's knowledge. There's plenty of outside seating under cover and while it overlooks the car park it's a fine enough place to sit. Inside has and old school charm or needs updating, depending on your taste

The Highlander Inn has a fascinating landlord and a spectacular selection of single malt whiskies. The food is good too, especially the Hagis fritters. Highly recommended.

First time here.....Really friendly staff. I had Emma, Billy and another gent i forgot to ask the name of (came from Japan to Scotland many years ago). All of whom are really attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Even though a small place it was really busy and nothing was a hassle for any of them. Food... Not a bad selection considering the size of the place, I had prawns and salmon starter. Followed by beef burger. I also saw a few other peoples mains go out, I don't regret my choice... but really need to come back and try some more.

Four of us went for dinner and the food was phenomenonal, the chef has a gift for flavours and we all agreed it was the best meals and desserts we have had in ages, highly recommended. The whisky menu was 6 pages long and had an incredible selection, the service was friendly. Can't wait to go back

Good draft ales on tap, plus some Japanese whisky which was nice. Appearances can be deceiving...the only reason this doesn't have 5 stars is because the place is very dated, could do with a lick of paint. The staff were polite, service was without fault. Food was great, recommend the spicy beef quesadillas!

Absolutely brilliant wee pub in a beautiful location right on the Speyside Way. We were staying in Craigellachie for 5 nights and came here every day of our trip. Great beer garden, fantastic service, good pub food and amazing whiskies. Best of all is the friendly, professional staff. Hoping to make Craigellachie a regular trip and The Highlander Inn is a major factor in that. Thanks for helping make our holiday.

If you like whiskey then this is a must. I have never seen so many different types, they even have a whiskey menu. However, we didn't venture there for a wee dram, but as a stop off for food. If you are after some good quality pub grub then this'll do. Nice environment with friendly staff and good service. Interior was quaint and of it's time, the food was good value for money. Recommend the steak.
