Took my car after failing my MOT from another garage and Nick got it all sorted out for me. Cleared all my MOT major defects and went for a MOT re-test and passed! They even lend me a loan car to use while the car is being repaired.. I must say outstanding customer service! Highly recommended.

Book my Ford Focus in for a full service on the morning of 07/09/21 and the first thing I was advised as I walked in to deliver my car was that they was fully booked and didn't know if they'd have the time to service my car , The next day I'd received a call early the next morning to say the work had been done.
I'm not entirely convinced much of anything was done and no notes on the paperwork , felt rushed and my bonet catch was returned not working as it was.

Supposed to be a friend of ours, ripped us off, lied and in the end charged me to put right the damage done by their previous work. Car still needed to be taken to a more reputable and honest garage. Avoid, untrustworthy and dishonest

Took car in for a "major" service to find oil had not been changed, the "new" fuel filter they put in is faulty, so had to be replaced (the latest fuel filter is still causing the same problems), and ever since the service, my engine cuts out on idle. Took the car back about 4 times now and they have not been able to identify the problem I keep having almost daily and I was never given a check list of what exact work was carried out in this "major service". So to cap, spent £170 to load a lot of problems on to my car I didn't have, would advise people to stay away!

First time here. Normally use PTP but the car is always 2/3 days later than they tell you it will be ready every time. Its so annoying.
Nik was so helpful and nice from the first phone call.
Booked in for the following week at a fair price. Job done was great too.
And bonus car waz ready on the day stated earlier than i expected 😊😊
Definitely be back but not my car again i hope

This is my first ever comment on Google. So I said some problem will come up when the car is over 50mph, likely to be a gearbox fault and no fault lights are on. Picked up the car after a diagnosis, they said the staff drove around the block and no problem was found, charged me £20 for that. I was in a hurry so didn't argue but now I figured out I got ripped off. Theres no way you can drive 50mph plus on local roads unless you go to Ringwood. Afterwards I drove to Ringwood and back, problem persists. Wasted £20

Absolute rip of.
Had the bonnet catch done on a focus today .charged £192 pound for the part which I am questioning and then for 2 hrs labour was charged £120.
total £312
£60 pound an hr labour......................
Where are they of to.and to make matters worse ,given a courtesy car that was a death trap, wouldn't go into gear properly and lights on all over the dash .so for a garage to charge 60 quid an hr and then are happy to send you out on the road in a car thats dangerous says it all.
Will never use again
