MOT booked for 10.30am. Told on arrival that MOT testing machinery broken so will take to garage next door, I could not book elsewhere in short notice so decided to go ahead. Was told there would be a slight delay, car would be back latest 12.30pm. Called at 1pm, was told car is currently being tested and needs another half hour. Waited and called at 2pm, once again lied to and told car is still being tested and needs another half hour. Went down at 3pm and once again LIED to.... car was not finished until 4pm.

Have now had MOT, Full Service and Brakes done all on seperate occasions. Each time I called they fitted my car in at a convenient time for me. Work always done on time and they even went above and beyond on a recent visit. Always greeted with a smile and kept updated on cost and unexpected issues that arise. Great to finally find a garage that doesn't talk down to me because I'm a woman! Great job! I'll be back but hopefully not too soon! 🚗👧
