Nick and his team were fantastic when we bought a property through them and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property in Cheltenham. Nick was always easy to get hold of directly if needed, he helped us push through our purchase quickly and efficiently and was always there for sensible advice and negotiations when needed. We will definitely use Nick and the team again if we sell/buy in the future (and wish we had used them for the sale of our property too, rather than the agents we did use).

We predominantly dealt with Matt Lever who was very helpful throughout, he was always very quick to deal with questions and queries both from us and our buyers. He was readily available both on the telephone and email. All other staff were also friendly and helpful whenever I contacted the office. Matt was helpful in chasing up other agents and solicitors in the chain and I believe helped to speed up the completion when other parties

Just completed on the sale of our house. Nick and his colleagues have been MAGNIFICENT over the course of the 18 months (!) of ups and downs we've been through. The whole team were always cheerful, always calm and optimistic and kept us updated regularly. I cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend them without any hesitation. We received a an absolutely first-class service from Nick Griffiths and his team. Everything from our first communication right through to an offer at the sale price just days later was impeccable.
The highly professional house brochure was produced within two days of the instruction and viewings were set up within hours of going live. We were kept up to date with all the visits including the profiles of each potential buyer who made an appointment to view.
