The lack of response to questions via email is shocking and telephone communication is non existent!
I have sent several emails and received no response. The unprofessionalism of this insurance company makes my business look the same.
I have a parent wanting to book a pamper party for her teenage daughter and my constant response is "I am still awaiting response from the insurance company"

Critical: Quality
Phoned up only to be told that my level 3 A&P is not acceptable for their insurance policy. Not only that the salesman was extremely rude on the phone. I am now using a more beneficial insurance company, they are aware of my qualifications which are equivalent to the beauty level 3.

I have been trying to cancel my insurance since the 25th August , and I have spoken to 3 different people, the last one was yesterday and she said she will send me the cancellation documents, nothing yet. I have been charged for August and September for a service that I don't want or require.

Passed from pillar to post. Unprofessional and they clearly can't be bothered. I've chosen to leave as I have absolutely no faith in this company if I did need to use the insurance as they can't even follow through with customer service for renewal.

Spoke to a guy called James in the renewals depot who really took the time to help me merge two policies into one and at a much cheaper rate than competitors. Everything was done on the day and I didn't have to chase them up like I did with two of the other companies I tried. Amazing service and will definitely use them again. Thank you James!

I totally appreciate that staff absences or less staff during this time will make wait times longer etc, but to not follow up with me and to put the phone down mid-call is just the worst kind of service.
Our insurance was about to run out and I had to contact someone to get it renewed, but every time they would pass me from pillar to post, and tell me that someone was going to get in touch but they never followed through with it. I never ONCE received a call back in the 7 or so times I called them.
In the end I went with someone else that ended up costing about £40 more, but it was worth it
