The shop sells toys but children are not welcome! It’s the second occasion I have been in and had my children criticised just for picking things up and I was accused of breaking something! The lady behind the counter is very rude. It’s a shame because it can be a useful local shop and it’s ok when I go in without the kids but I won’t be going back.

I have used Louise of Bournville on a number of occasions on each and every time ordering flowers for an elderly relative who lives in the area. I have always been completely satisfied with the service received and my relative has always been absolutely delighted with the flowers, deliver on the correct date and appropriate time Thank you very much

Had good flowers from here on a few occasions. However, the staff aren't particularly polite. I ordered some flowers over the phone for collection at 13:00. I arrived at 13:30, only to be told the flowers weren't ready. No apology. I returned later and collected the flowers, which were very nice. But I suggested that, in future, if an order is delayed they should call to let the customer know. Still no apology. Not good.
