Ordered flowers on Monday for Thursday got there to pick them up not ready had to sit in the car while they made them up specified no lilies went to pick them up lilies she had to remove them and replace them with other flowers what a joke we actually went in to the shop to order them i would not go back there

I visited this shop on two different occasions asking for a personalized bouquet. The staff clearly refused, making up some lame excuses just because it was almost closing time (I was there 20 minutes before closing btw). Additionally, flowers are not fresh and prices are well above average. Avoid at all costs

OMG!!! where do I start... Simply can't rate these guys enough. I called yesterday. A member of staff at work had a baby which we would always celebrate with flowers and gifts. She had a very traumatic birth so an extra special effort was needed. I spoke to Linda who was eager to be as helpful as she possibly could. I explained the situation and what we needed. I was able to offer advice on what her favourite flowers were etc. and Linda took the lead from there. Not only was everything in wanted sorted out, the flowers were also delivered that very same day. I have come into work this morning to
