First night we booked a family room. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable with metal springs and rods protruding through the dishevelled mattress. I had zero sleep. Complained to reception staff who said they would talk to the manger I was offered a drinks voucher her as compensation and 20 pounds refund for the dog charge. We switched to a twin bed room where I then needed to sleep.until.lunch time leaving my 13 year old son to his own devices. We were only away for two days. So this has totally ruined our plans.
