Services
Swindon Town Football Club Formed in 1881. One end is the Stratton Bank Stand, a former terrace with rows of seats. This is an uncovered area with a clock above it along with a small electric scoreboard. Opposite is the covered Town End. The sides are larger, two tiered covered stands towering above the two ends.
Having stayed here previously(a couple of years ago) I was pleased to be able to stay again. A nice warm welcome by the hosts. Nice quiet room, Easy parking, excellent breakfast. An ideal place to stay for access toall Swindon's delights. Booking was easy and we received a warm welcome on arrival. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient.

I had to cancel it because of medical problems
One day before I try to get in touch and they just ignore my e-mails
On the day after I had to contact booking support and they contact the hotel and also after explain my situation, they just made me pay the whole reservation of £252,00 even if I don't go there
They told that they cannot give that room to other people
I don't know why because probably the room is ready for people
Definitely the worst hotel I've ever seen, and I don't even need to be there to know that
Poor staff, unhelpful management

Hotel was the pits. Never in my life have I been somewhere so dirty. No kettle but was tea and coffee. The long life milk was out by 16 months. The place is a health risk, we left after 15 minutes of checking in. And surprise no one was there to refund us. TV was broken, dust was an inch thick and bathroom was the pits

Cheap price of £34 but staff and room quality was very low, no surprise there. Advertises a free breakfast? Never happened.
No soap in the bathroom and no change given for the money that I gave.
Not in the nicest of areas and the rear parking smelt bad and had rubbish strewn around the place. Including exposed food left out in the front entrance of the hotel. (KFC)
I would not recommend this hotel unless you get caught very short.

If I could give zero stars I would. Room was absolutely disgusting, clearly not been cleaned. Bed was broken. Staff are rude and unwelcoming. No room in car park. Couldn't wait to get out. Even after showering I felt dirtier than when I got in. If I was you, I'd avoid this place like the plague. Not worth 50p a night, let alone 35

Single woman with 2 children felt so uncomfortable, unwelcome checking in, run down room, stained bed sheets with bits in our beds, no kettle or cups even though there was tea and coffee in the room and we kept waking up hearing someone stood outside our room even though we were top floor up a corner with only one other room up there. Totally freaked out...never again!!!

I slept in the hotel with my friends for one night and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. The place was really cheap, and clearly we weren’t expecting warm croissants in bed the morning after, but the room was disgustingly dirty. Toilet wasn’t flushed, cigarettes ends left on the bedroom floor, half empty shampoos and body wash minis around the toilet, human body hair on the floor, the list gets longer and longer. Nonexistent COVID prevention measures, questionable permanent guests, extremely thin walls, smoke detector covered with a plastic bag. Do yourself a favour and do not give

Took them nearly 1 hour to let me in to get my room, room was very dirty. There was mud or something in the carpet by the door, stuff sprayed up on the walls, plug sockets hanging off the wall, wrappers hidden behind the bedside cabinet, thick grime inside the bedside cabinet, toilet was dirty under the rim, holes in the ceiling around the lights and the cover smashed off a smoke alarm.
