They bumped my bmw f30 smashed my front bumper with one of the customers cars and refused to repair it refused to give they details names...it cost me to repair my bumper from my own pocket 250 £ I don't know if the customers car was OK but bad experience don't recommend

Mot and service booked for 9am. Not complete until 2pm. Supposed to cost 140 for m.o.t. an service. On pick was given a bill for 230. New oil £40 when should have been included in cost like I was told on phone. Bunch of con artist. Will never use again

I speak on behalf of a friend of mine who lives in Derby whilst driving her car to the local supermarket she noticed that the brake warning light came on so on returning home she phoned coopers who told her to bring it in if it was safe to do so . On examination it turned out to be a back brake calliper problem they fixed it and did a first class job it was not expensive and she got her car back the same day she tells me that she can recommend coopers very much so hence 5 stars excellent job .

I've been going here for MOTs for a couple of years now and I can't recommend them enough, always pleasant and helpful and if your car does need work they have full facilities. Their prices are great too.

On a long journey from Newcastle to Salisbury my Dad had an issue with his new car. The tyre pressure warning light came on. He was obviously concerned about this so took his car to this garage. They dealt with the issue in a very polite and friendly manner and resolved it easily and my dad was not charged for the efforts. Would highly recommend this garage. Many thanks.

A great service from coopers garage, they always fit me in, I wouldn't go anywhere else, very reliable, helpful and honest, I have always had my cars MOT and service done here and now my tyres. I have taken my car to this family run garage for many years now. I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable,honest, capable, thoroughly reliable., and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone. As a single woman without much knowhow where cars are concerned its nice to use a garage that I can have total faith in, in the knowledge that I will not be ripped off or told that a number of unnecessary works need to be carried out, which was the case with others garages I used previously.
