Critical: Professionalism
Decided the best way to deal with a request to move his van off someone's garden was to threaten them. I suppose if you're moving out you don't really care about the opinions of your ex-neighbours, still not really the best way to behave around a job.

Great service, punctuate and professional. We requested two hours Luton van service, and then it turns out we have overload stuff, we then paid extra and they are happy to do an extra trip for me.

Requested removal service for a Sunday, job was larger than expected, but they were very reasonable in agreeing a new rate. Very nice guys who got the job completed in 4hrs (move from a one bed to a two bed apartment). Would definitely use again. Only feedback to them is to update website for more accurate quote depending on full contents of flat.
