We are fully aware of the dubious reputation the 'man and van' removal business has, and we understand your fears. We have changed all this. We know that we give a great removal service - our customers tell us directly, and the amount of positive client testimonials and online reviews speak for themselves.
A: If using the Instant Quote then you DO NOT pay for the journey time. Simply estimate the total combined minutes required to load at your departure point AND unload at your destination. Any road delays or traffic problems are not charged for when using the fixed pricing system. Please contact us if you need more advice.
This is ideal for multiple short or medium distance removals, or when it is not possible to predict how long loading and unloading might take. Two men with a removals van is 75 per hour - they will do all lifting and carrying for you. Distance travelled is charged at 1 per mile, and all options have a 90 minute minimum booking, but thereafter is only charged for the exact time used (we do not round it up).
We use Extra Long Wheel Base High Roof vehicles for our 'Man and Van' removals service. In real terms this roughly means they can fit a double bed, a wardrobe or two, a sofa, kitchen table and chairs, TV, computer, table/chairs and plenty of large boxes and bags in one load. They can also seat 2 passengers in the cab with the driver.

Very professional, super happy with the service we received. Ken called ahead to discuss the move and informed me of his arrival time. Super friendly and clearly a pro at what he does as moving our furniture up four flights of spiral staircase was definitely not easy! Would definitely recommend using Man And Van London.

Charming driver who helped move some bulky stuff I couldn't lift. Great to talk to while driving to my storage place, and was even willing to make a quick pit stop to pick up a friend's bag. Prices were reasonable, if not plain ol' cheap.
Driver was reliable, friendly, on-time, efficient, charming, helpful and kind. I would recommend no other moving services, and plan to use Man and Van London again and again and again.
