From humble beginnings in a two ramp garage in central Sutton, Volks Autos has grown in both size and popularity, moving to our 6,500 sqft specialist workshop in 2014.

Volks Autos is an independent garage which provides BMW servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics from our service centre based in Sutton, South London. Your engine oil is drained, and the engine is refilled approved BMW oil, the oil filter is removed and replaced. Our experienced technician will carry out a road test and report any findings experienced.

Asked Volksuto to diagnose a problem with my Audi TT exhaust, they came back with a quote of 9hrs labour to strip the system to get to the problem. Went to another garage where they did the work in an hour, a sensor had fallen off.
Volkauto followed up with me, so they value customer feedback, for this I have added a star. Also to note they did previously fix an aircon for me. So hopefully this is a one off.

Was there with my Mercedes with major issues. Customer services top class, honest, even they know what they are talking about. Reasonable prices and a lot cheaper than mercedes. Very professional. constantly getting update about the car on WhatsApp . I haven't experienced this level of service even at mercedes.

I've used Volks Autos for the past 3 years and have found them without a doubt, second to none.
They are incredibly helpful whenever I need anything done on my Audi S5 Cab. From advice, recommendation and general trust, they are superb. What's more, their prices blow main dealership prices out of the window!

Had my audi serviced twice by this shower placed the audi back to main dealer for a recall and guess what no brake fluid changed no pollen filter changed no spark plugs changed no 4 x 4 oil changed what have a paid a major and minor service for aidan was no help have rang him twice and emailed him no response do yourselves a favour do not trust this garage I wouldn't let them loose on a tonka toy never mind 50k car

Surprisingly pleasant to deal with. I went in for four wheel alignment and Aircon re-gas. There was an issue with rear wheel bolts seizure so they were only able to do the fronts which was perfectly fine as I'd rather be rolling than waiting on parts that could have broken if forced. From booking-in to handing over the keys and collection, everything was super seamless and efficient.
I visited after several recommendations from friends and family and was really impressed. I'll definitely be coming back in future.

I’ve used Volks Autos for the last 4 years and they are absolutely brilliant! It’s so nice to go to a garage that you trust and also is family run by Lynsey & Dave. It in time’s like now people should support… local independent businesses, they really do CARE and you’re an individual not just a number. Volks Auto are honest, reliable, reasonably priced, trust worthy, pleasant to deal with - words I have never used before to describe a garage or any mechanic!
My BMW X3 had never been worked on outside the BMW dealership for 7 years since we bought it. A few weeks before our long driving holiday to France this year, the timing chain broke. A known dreaded issue with BMWs with this engine. After a terrible experience at the BMW dealership and a right royal runaround, I started looking for an alternative and was recommended Volks Autos. At first I was sceptical as I didn't find a lot of reviews

Its never easy finding the right workshop for your pride and joy but after today i found the right one. the staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. i was treated respectfully and i felt welcome the diagnosis process was efficient the information was clear. my car has never driven so well in ages. It was a blessing i found volks autos. if… I’m being honest I’m very hard to please being I also work in the trade myself but i was not let down these guys are the best. 10 out of 5 stars. I’m 100% coming back here for the big repairs that I’m limited in tooling and
