DPS Tech are an IT Support and Managed Service Provider. We are based in Ipswich, Suffolk and support a wide range of organisations both locally and nationally. Just wanted to say thanks for the upgrade work that you completed last week for us. The laptops are working really well and I've got to say that the experience is a real improvement. Thanks also for suggesting and implementing the SSD upgrade - the laptops are so much faster now! I'd like to thank the DPS support team over the past week or so, I've had several new members of staff and I've also moved departments.
For DPS, this marks our 20th anniversary year, and we are delighted to be working with so many clients and suppliers who were part of our story from the outset. We are pleased to share the news that we are marking the occasion of our birthday year, by revising our brand under the name DPS Tech. Our new identity is part of a positive refresh.
Although the legal entity will remain DPS Technology Group, it is rather a mouthful, and in fairness virtually anyone that knows us refer to us as DPSTech or DPS. It seemed sensible to work this shortened name in to any new 'look & feel'. DPS alone was a bit too generic so DPSTech was chosen to be our 'identity'.
At DPS we are constantly striving to improve our service to you the customer and as such have invested extensively in both staff training and support resources. We are now in the prestigious position of employing staff trained to industry leader's standards including Microsoft.

As part of our improved and extended service we can offer a variety of software support options aimed at providing you with a valuable resource for dealing with, and solving your software problems efficiently and effectively.Support is provided via telephone hotline and remote access, and is available between 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding English public holidays.
Investment in the I.T. infrastructure of your business is key to providing a stable, reliable and high performing backbone for your daily business processes and communications, without this backbone time and money could be wasted while systems are down or are not performing to the levels expected by your staff.
