VanOne started in 2007 as a London removals and courier service. Our one and only van, and the team of three workers, were sufficient to complete around seven London moves per week. The key team members, Michael Pawlicki, Peter Zarow and Quang Linh Vu, are still full-time university students.
Rafael Alexander and Marcus Sampaio also join VanOne to work the morning hours, while the remaining team members work shifts allocated to them between the university lectures and in the evenings.The first VanOne uniforms have large logotypes printed on them, and are of white color. We moved from London to Zurich and everything went according to plan, we had to have 3 vans to deliver our stuff and a few really heavy stuff.
VanOne operate a fleet of 52 Renault and Fiat state of the art removal vehicles. All our vehicles are inspected and serviced regularly to ensure a smooth and trouble free drive to your new home. Each vehicle can carry up to 15 cubic metres (or 1200kg) - that's more than enough for all your possessions, but don't worry if you need more space, you can always just book two of them.

I booked a removal with VanOne to move from the UK to Germany. After booking, I got quite scared reading some very negative reviews, but I have to say everything went super well. Communication through the online chat worked well. There was some confusion over the time of the collection on the day of the moving, but in the end the driver was only one hour late - which to me seems acceptable - and I was called with updates several times. Janusz was really helpful with moving boxes etc. He delivered around the time agreed on the next day and helped carrying everything to the second floor of the building

Absolute farce. worst service i have ever experienced. they literally couldn't get a thing right and ended up being between 7 hours - 3 days late on everything they did. Absolute calamity. Nice drivers, terrible internal logistics. Never use this company. They claim the TOR had everything to do with them even though their vans broke down multiple times and they were 7 hours late turning up in the first place and missed every timing they said they would hit. They were so late on delivering in UK (4 days late because the van kept breaking down) that they had to book an unloading team to help unload

I had a great experience moving from the UK to Germany with VanOne. The driver was exceptionally friendly and helpful with loading and unloading. Nothing got damaged, everything was delivered in great condition only 3 days later. Pre-removal the communication with support was also clear and fast.

Liars, disorganised, bullying, incompetent and unpleasant. Totally messed up the paperwork and then said it was my fault, despite having emails illustrating that I followed their instructions. Terrible communication, they mostly just ignore you. I had to transport the goods myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible experience, they didn't have the correct paperwork and left my wife and son's personal items overnight at the border. I had to rent a van myself and go pick it up. Rude threatening behaviour from one of their managers who had less than zero understanding of their contract and what their employees told me. Total cowboys with really poor communication. Trust me, do yourselves a favour and stay well clear of this company.
