We work in close collaboration with many highly regarded architects and have been commissioned to build some of their own homes. Our aim is to build properties of the highest possible quality for a competitive price. We are happy to work under architect instruction or direct with the client.
We can offer a total project management service if required where you will be assigned a project manager who will keep you informed of progress and work with you to ensure that everything is built exactly to your requirements and also ensure that you can purchase kitchens, bathrooms etc at a competitive price.

Services
We specialise in high quality individually designed new houses and refurbishments. We work in close liaison with the architect or the home owner to ensure that work is of the highest standard and meets all your expectations. We also undertake commercial redevelopments. We are happy to quote and provide all the building work necessary to take your project from plan stage through to completed home.
Chris has worked in the building industry all his life and has been with TV Nix as Site Agent for the last 12 years. His 'can do' attitude and hard work on site ensures that we provide a high quality of build on schedule and on budget. Kate is responsible for liaising with our clients/architects and managing the schedule and costs on the larger projects.
