As a small, dedicated family company, Ablehomes' imaginative approach to house building and design, as well as excellent customer care, has contributed to numerous awards.
Your new Ablehome is protected by a new home warranty - a 10 year insurance policy which protects buyers of new homes from structural defects. This warranty is provided by the LABC (Local Authority Building Control), which is one of the major independent regulators for the new homes industry. The LABC endeavours to raise house-building standards and prevent structural problems arising.
Our friendly staff are fully trained to guide you through every aspect of your purchase and will be happy to help with any queries you may have. Through our dedicated staff we are able to offer a first class service, taking the time to establish your exact needs and aspirations, we then work closely with you to ensure your full satisfaction.
At this stage, a Reservation Fee is payable which will reserve your new home, usually for a period of 4 weeks, during which time, Exchange of Contracts will take place. Completion will usually follow 7 to 14 days later or when your new home is ready. Our Sales Negotiator will liaise with you on a regular basis to ensure you are kept up to date with the progress on the purchase of your new home.
Ablehomes are looking for new sites within the East Midlands, and we always welcome the opportunity to discuss any potential development sites with agents & landowners. Top market prices are paid for 'the right site'. We are very experienced in the development of brownfield sites, and of course taking land successfully through the planning process.
