Clean and comfortable room with all tea and coffee facilities and tv. Friendly family run who will do anything for you ensuring your stay is everything you want. Breakfast is good a high standard of produce used.
Lovely local shops and restaurants catering for all tastes and pubs if just want a drink.
Airport is only a ten minute taxi ride and the owners will organise your pick up time for you with the taxi company who arrive on time.
Car is parked in a secure car park at rear of building giving peace of mind whilst your away.

I have stayed here several times to spend the night before catching an early flight departing from Heathrow the following morning. Rooms have always been impeccable and well-maintained and staff is extremely polite and friendly. There are numerous restaurants nearby if one wants to grab a bite.
The (West Drayton) train station is a five-minute walk away with frequent trains to/from Central London. There is also a nearby bus stop with services to Heathrow Terminal 5 from the early hours.

Easy place to find. Situated on a main road.
The room we used was really lovely. It was clean, tidy and well equipped for our short stay.
The room had good ensuit facilities which save a lot of time when we're both trying to get ready to go out.
The breakfast in the morning is well prepared and plentiful so all in all no complaints from us whatsoever.
Would be happy to return any time.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience here. They were immensely accommodating and very hospitable. The room was fantastic and immensely peaceful. The room had everything we wanted including tea, instant coffee, a kettle and the shower had fantastic water pressure.
The owner recommend many food places, tourists sites, the best way to get to places and had great breakfasts in the morning. Quick walk to the train station and close to fantastic food. (We didn't have a car, but parking looked easy enough.)

This place was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised when I got here. Room was really nice and
(I thought) the hosts were nice too. But the next morning I slept through checkout (10AM). I went to checkout at around 12 but no one was manning the counters so I left the key on the counter and went to my car. Then hostess (didn't actually catch her name) came knocking on my car window as I was about to leave. Then she had a go at ME for not waking up on time. I was told "I hope you know I have to get a special cleaner to sort your room out now". Apparently the cleaner was knocking on my door and I didn

One of the nicest and most fabulous places I've ever stayed around the world. The building has so much character! It has a great location! Lots of great places nearby to eat dinner. It's a home away from home! A superb cooked breakfast! The rooms are comfy and clean and have everything you need, private shower rooms, coffee/tea etc each room has character. Some rooms are wheelchair accessible. The hosts are awesome and a wealth of knowledge. They can help you with airport runs for a small charge. Excellent customer service! It's a hidden gem! We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here far too short a time this past summer (apologies for the tardiness of the review- better late than never!). I was simply staying the night between connecting flights.
The hosts were so kind, accommodating my VERY late check in. I enjoyed a magnificent English breakfast the next morning and was even shared a lovely chat with the owner. I expressed my desire to get a proper scone while in London and he celebrated with me when I stumbled upon a bakery nearby selling them. He called a taxi and took care to ensure a specific driver came to deliver me to the airport. He even held the driver
