I used Novo UK recruitment recently and it was surprising how good they made me feel about the whole process. Having used previous construction recruitment agencies, I had a lot of questions around my progression. Having worked closely with my consultant, he really helped clear my mind! I actually enjoy coming to work every day, which i never thought I would say, but its happened here at Novo!
